1. All citizens, though entitled to full responsibility over all respective incomes and possessions in their own right, must comply with any possible requirements and stipulations posed by the Lord of Aeternum and Voxism directed towards them for the benefit of the country; else wise, all non-compliant citizens would be considered exiled, revoked of all rights of citizenship, banished from the all lands held under the Voxist faith and rendered invalidated and unable to benefit from Aeternian services and registered products until pardoning or death.
2. All citizens must not kill. Killing another person will entitle him to an immediate exile or execution by quartering using 4 Leoplurodons depending on the seriousness of the crime.
3. All citizens should take national service between the ages of 18 and 19, we can afford 2 years of our life serving the military in any case of attack. Those who complain that they are physically unfit or have health problems are not excuse and must complete other tasks benefiting the nation such as being an supervisor and other jobs. If deny and reject this requirement citizens are revoked all rights of citizenship and feel the wrath of the military.

6. No one is allowed on Pheroth or the military colony of Revion on the other side of the straits of Merovin, due to secrecy and the important secrets, which must be kept, because it is the best of all people. If person is caught they there will be an immediate trial and if passed guilty the convicted will be sentenced to death.
7. No one shall steal from any shop or business in Aeternum. 1st offenders will have their last finger chopped off. 2nd time will yearn another finger. Repeated offenders will get their limbs amputated or thrown in Leoplurodon populated water.
8. No citizen shall rape another fellow citizen, or another human being. They would be whipped upon first offence. On second offence, they would be castrated and force to enlist in the army for life.

10. All individuals, whilst remaining in Aeternum, must never strive to cause premeditated and intended bodily or mental harm to the Aeternian Leoplurodon-except in terms of self-defense as to be determined by the Lord/Lady of Voxism. Such actions or aid in such actions would be considered akin to the assaulting of a human being. First time failures to comply with these terms would result in the infliction of damage caused by the individual unto the Leoplurodon to be done twofold back upon the individual. Second time failures would results in the infliction of damage caused by the individual unto the Leoplurodon to be done threefold back upon the individual along with the individual being considered exiled, revoked of all rights of citizenship, banished from the all lands held under the Voxist faith and rendered invalidated and unable to benefit from Voxist services and registered products until pardoning by the Lord/Lady of Voxism or death.
